Here is a form you can fill out to give me important information that will influence the design.

 

Color is very important. Colors are percieved on many levels but the simplest is that you feel the color represents you well. I have found that one of the best ways to determine a color palette for a client is instead of asking for "favorite" colors, I ask that you send me some facorite photos that your respond positively toward. I can then "mine" your color palette out of the  image(s)
